IMPORTANT: ONLY the person who is requiring a Letter of Invitation should complete this form. 

It is important that you state clearly your professional reasons for wanting to attend Bio360 Europe 2026 and for your application to be considered, it is imperative that you provide an active website url for the company that you represent.

Once your application has been examined and if accepted, you will receive your Letter of Invitation by email issued from @bees-events.com and usually within seven days of application.

Completing this form does not guarantee that you will receive an Invitation Letter. 
Only requests/applications that conform to the stated requirements will be considered. Please have a scan ready of your passport to complete the form.
