OCS (Organic Carbonization System)
The patented thermal reactor and its OCS converts organic and synthetic organic waste to biochar and syn-char. These multi-use outputs contain biochars with high nutrients and carbon contents and carbon rich chars-exceeding 90%- with no detectable emissions. OCS is a cost effective and environmentally friendly waste processing method- a clean alternative to conventional, widespread landfill waste management and waste incineration. Currently operating with a semi-commercial factory of OCS products designed to be suitable for the processing of different raw materials. The design of the complete commercial standard unit is complete. The waste conversion capacity for each standard model ranges from 150 tonnes per day for households (MSW) to 75 tonnes per day for plastic tires and car tires. The estimated date for the launch of the OCS factory specifically for car tires and MSW.

Environmental benefits through the implementation of Waste Circology’s Organic Carbonisation System (OCS)

The environmental benefits of the implementation of Waste Circology’s ocs processes are not confined to the processing of organic waste only. The patented combustion-free, zero-emissions process, turns all types of organic waste – that would otherwise become landfill – into high-purity char that has many environmental and industrial applications.

This char can be a significant commercial by-product of Waste Circology’s OCS Processes. According to the Climate Foundation ”Biochar (biological charcoal) draws carbon from the atmosphere, providing a carbon sink on agricultural lands. Biochar is biologically unavailable, sequestering fixed carbon in the soil for centuries to millennia, providing a tool to absorb carbon from the atmosphere.
