Bioreactor systems of the proven BTP series from UIT GmbH Dresden are frequently used in research and pilot applications. The reactors are available as simple unit reactors as well as complex, customized multi-stage reactors. Reactor sizes from about 5 liters up to 1000 liters can be realized. Depending on the requirements and size, the reactors are made of glass, glass and polymers or stainless steel.
A wide range of proven sensors (e.g. pH, LDO, Redox, Con, etc.) is available as measurement technology. In addition, pump systems (feed, discharge, pH control) can be integrated into the system. Peristaltic pumps, eccentric screw pumps or syringe pumps can be used for this purpose. The bioreactor plants can be equipped with complex gas analyzers. A powerful automation system forms the interface to the user and ensures convenient operation.
