Fibois Pays de la Loire (ex Atlanbois) is a non-profit association for the promotion of timber, which federates regional companies from the Pays de la Loire and promotes the various uses of wood.
Since 2005, Fibois is in charge of the ‘Plan Bois-Energie’ for county councils and for industrialists, in partnership and with the support of the ADEME and the Pays de la Loire Regional Council.
The association organizes activities which promote and encourage the use of timber energy. It puts together prospective reports concerning various projects and assists the project managers of either from county councils or industry. Fibois also evaluates the resources and helps to structure the timber energy supply chain.
