Anthony is an energy-transition specialist with 30+ years of international experience, including the last seven years focused on developing waste-to-fuels projects. Since 2018, he has led origination and project management for large-scale waste-to-methanol developments in Europe, steering Basic Engineering and FEED programmes supporting more than €1 billion of low-carbon fuel investment. He previously held senior EPC leadership roles at Aker Kvaerner, delivering projects across Scotland, Brazil, Australia and China, and later expanded his commercial and regional leadership experience in China with Worley and Sinopec. Anthony holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering (University of Leicester) and an Executive MBA (Henley Business School), combining deep technical grounding with proven deal-making capability.
