Florência Saide Namburete, Founding Partner of SOGEPAL, is currently the Director of Projects and Human Resources at one of Mozambique's leading companies in the production and marketing of improved stoves.

With a degree in Psychology, she has accumulated approximately 15 years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector, having participated in various research, marketing, dissemination, and project implementation activities aimed at providing access to improved stoves for communities in southern Mozambique. She began her career in 2011 at SOGEPAL in the Human Resources and Public Relations Department, accumulating 6 years of experience.
