Ms. Pham holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and brings over 13 years of experience in the oil & gas and alternative fuels sectors. Her career spans the successful execution and commissioning of more than 30 alternative energy projects, with notable leadership in hydrogen fueling initiatives for the Orange County Transit Authority (OCTA) and the electrolysis-based production and fueling facility for the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District (CUMTD), both funded by U.S. Department of Transportation grants. Since joining Mote three years ago, Ms. Pham has led the company’s grant strategy, securing over $110 million in state, federal, and private funding. She played a pivotal role in identifying the lead investor for Mote’s Series A funding round and led the successful submission of the Department of Energy's Loan Programs Office (LPO) application, advancing the proposal through Part I. Her portfolio of responsibilities includes overseeing commercial and offtake negotiations, driving business development to identify strategic partners and facility locations, and championing community engagement efforts to support Mote’s mission
