Charwood Energy is an integrated player offering customised biomass energy recovery solutions (wood A & B, CSR) to industrial companies, thus responding to the issues of decarbonisation of the economy, energy autonomy and resilience of territories.
The Group is positioned as an independent energy producer through a dedicated subsidiary W&nergy. Dedicated SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) companies are deployed to invest in owned pyrogasification units. These units are designed, built and operated by its other subsidiary Energy&+, capable of producing and selling syngas, biochar, carbon credits as well as syngas products (electricity and heat, biomethane, green hydrogen, bioCO2) to customers with whom cPPAs (Corporate Power Purchase Agreement) have been signed.
