Ashwinikumar Sharma is a research scientist who recently joined INDRESMAT as part of the Tecniospring Industry Program 2021. He is responsible for leading innovation and product development activities at INDRESMAT. Dr. Sharma holds a Ph.D. in thermoplastic elastomers from the University Catholique de Louvain in Belgium, in collaboration with Dutch company DSM, and has extensive experience in various fields such as chemistry, polymer science, and nanotechnology. He is an experienced researcher and innovator with more than 5 years of industrial R&D experience and is the author and co-author of 3 research articles and 2 patents. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Master's degree in Polymer Science from the University of Pune, India.
