Solutions for biogas start with a single gas heat exchanger and can end in a turn-key FriCon gas cooling unit.

By cooling the biogas below the dew point of the gas, the water content is separated from the gas and the gas is prepared for further processes.

In addition to gas cooling, the removal of pollutants such as sulphur and siloxanes is also a task performed by APROVIS products. The activated carbon filter ActiCo is designed to reliably remove the above-mentioned pollutants.

With regard to the exhaust gas duct of a biogas CHP, APROVIS offers exhaust gas heat exchangers and/or exhaust gas steam boilers to recover the valuable exhaust gas energy. In addition, exhaust silencers and, if required, catalytic converters ensure compliance with the plant permit.
